Moonlight Madness Part 1 Page 3

They finally separated. He slept as she rose to wash. As she walked to the bedroom, she gloried in feel of his seed seeping from her body. There were few joys in the world as wonderful as being full of the seed of a lusty, handsome male.

She lay in the whirlpool bath for a long time, thinking of the future. Once Acier Gautier had been disposed of, she would send for her younger sisters Tallia and Smovca. After Leon was installed as Alpha Supreme of Pack Gautier, Tally and Smo would be safe and welcome within the pack.

She smiled, thinking of the sensation her beautiful, sexy little sisters would create in the pack. Between the three of them, they would have their pick of the purebreds. She thought of Smo, so small and dark, lying on her back with her legs parted and Leon, with his cock and knot buried in her pussy, fucking her until she screamed with pleasure… while Tally, taller and lusty, sat on his face, with his wonderful tongue thrusting up into her cunt.

Thinking of the joys to which she would introduce her younger sisters got her so hot her juices flowed freely. She got out of the bath and hurried back to the bedroom. Leon lay on his back, still in his natural form. His cock, semi erect, lay along one hairy thigh.

She climbed onto the bed between his legs and popped his shaft into her mouth. Cupping his balls, she closed her eyes, sucking him slowly. He hardened in her mouth. Smiling, she rose, positioned herself above him, and quickly slammed down her hips.

His shaft pushed up into her anus. She sobbed with pain, but continued pressing down until her ass cheeks rested on his hairy groin. Delicious. So very delicious. Grunting with pain, she pulled up and pushed down rapidly, driving his entire length up into her bowels.

Groaning, he shifted his hands to his humanoid form, grabbed her hips, and pounded himself up into her with a ruthless lust in which she reveled. He thrust so hard and deep, she feared he would split her in two!

He released one of her hips and slammed a big palm down on one of her ass cheeks. Her flesh stung, intensifying her pleasure. She tossed back her head, bracing herself on her outstretched hands by his hips, riding his length with glee and delight. “Yes! Again!”

His palm rose and fell, stinging her flesh repeatedly, each slap harder than the last. The pleasure in her built, making her stomach muscles tighten and her pussy quiver. She fought for her release. It eluded her until he rubbed his thumb against her clit and thrust the fingers of his other hand into her pussy.

She exploded, falling forward onto his body, her breasts pressing against his chest fur, burying her lips in his hair. He cupped his hands on her butt, parted her cheeks, and fucked her with short, powerful thrusts until she felt his cum shooting into her ass.

  So fucking good.

As she lay moaning, he lifted her lower body, withdrew from her ass, held her still, and shot his length into her cunt.

“Ooooh!” She shuddered and pressed closer to him, enjoying the feeling of his knot forcing itself into her body. It was times like these that she gloried in the fact that vampires, unlike unlucky humans, could not get STD’s. They neither acquired nor passed them on.

  You like that, bitch?

Like? She loved having his knot inside her well-satisfied cunt.

He licked the side of her neck, which had already healed. You’re my bitch!

His bitch. Leon de la Rocque’s bitch. It had a ring to it.

My sweet, sweet bitch. Together we will lead Pack Gautier to a new era of prominence.

He rolled her onto her back. As he poised above her, he shifted to his humanoid form. He slid his body on top of hers, sliding inside her. He made love to her gently, holding her tenderly and whispering words of love and lust that filled her eyes with tears and her heart with an ache she had thought herself incapable of feeling again.

After they came together, he shifted back to his natural form. She stroked her hands down his hairy back, turning her head to kiss his mouth. The fur on his face tickled. She smiled. For the first time since she had lost her erstwhile bloodlust, Mikhel Dumont, to a human whore, she could foresee a future which did not include only pain and revenge. Was it possible that she, a full-blood vampire, could be content, even happy, with a creature of another species? Some would call him a werewolf. Was it possible for them to be anything but temporary lovers? Was it possible or was she suffering from a case of moonlight madness?

She stroked her hands over his body. This body, this male, was hers. And damn anyone who dared come between them until she’d had her fill of him. As sleep overtook her, she tightened her arms around his big body, loving the feel and weight of him in his natural form, still impaling her. This might be as close to paradise as she could hope to come. Maybe… just maybe it was enough… not only for now but for the foreseeable future.

  Acier… my son. Wake up.

Acier opened his eyes. Several people were crowded into his bedroom. Dr. Softee was the first person he saw. Raven stood beside him, a smile on her beautiful dusky face. Etienne stood to her right, with Vladimir on the other side of the bed, staring at Etienne. Next to Vlad stood a stranger Acier sensed was a vampire. To his right stood Xavier, with Aleksei at the foot of the bed, Pen and Drei on his shoulder.

Looking away from the intense affection he saw in Aleksei’s blue eyes, Acier smiled up at Raven. She leaned down, pressing her lips against his. He reached up a hand to cup the back of her head and returned her kiss, feeling his cock stir at her touch. She drew back, a secret smile in her warm, dark eyes.

He smiled at Etienne, who sighed deeply and nodded. Xavier inclined his head and mouthed the words, I live to serve, Alpha.

Pen… Drei… it’s good to see you, my friends.

  Glad Alpha ok.

  Knew Alpha make it.

“Okay. Everyone out,” Dr. Softee ordered. Raven squeezed his hand and walked out the room, Vlad and Etienne following. The strange vampire remained, but Dr. Softee looked at Aleksei. “Everyone… please.”

Aleksei shook his head. “The Keddi and I will stay.”

Dr. Softee turned to look at Acier, a question in his eyes. Acier suspected nothing he or Dr. Softee could say would make Aleksei leave. He shrugged.

“Alpha, this is Dr. Grinkolo, who assisted me in your transfusion.”

Acier inclined his head slightly. “Thank you, doctor.”

The vampire smiled. “I have been the Dumont family physician for a number of years. When I heard that Palea’s grandson was ill, I naturally came right away.”

Acier blinked. Somehow he had never considered that Aleksei, who was well over three hundred years old, would have a living mother. He and Etienne had a grandmother. Oh, damn this was weird.

Dr. Softee took his pulse and checked his heartbeat and blood pressure before straightening. “Dr. Grinkolo and I agree that the transfusion was a success, Alpha. You’re going to be fine.”

“I’m going to be or I am fine?”

“I want you to take it easy for just a day or so. The transfusion has changed your blood chemistry. You now have more vampire blood in your veins than you’ve ever had. The change will take some getting used to.”

“You will no doubt feel weak and maybe a little feverish for the next few days,” Dr. Grinkolo explained. “But once that is passed, you will have a measure of power you have never felt. You will feel the call of your vampire blood stronger than ever.”

What the hell? “Are you telling me that I am no longer a shifter?”

Dr. Softee sighed. “That is something only you can answer, Alpha.”

If he were no longer a shifter, could he remain Alpha of even his den? He raked a hand through his hair, frightened at the thought of losing his personal den. That would be more devastating than surrendering his position as Alpha-in-waiting. He glared at Dr. Softee. “What did you allow them to do to me?”

“We did what was necessary to purge the poison from your body, Alpha. It was not easy and we nearly lost you.”

“You nearly lost… how long have I been unconscious?”r />
“Two days. Take it easy for the next day or so and then resume your normal activities. I will remain at my hotel in Philadelphia should you need me, Alpha.”

  “As will I, Acier.”

Acier glanced at the other doctor, pressing his lips into a tight line. The man had help save his life. So why did he feel as if the vampire doctor had gone out of his way to change his blood chemistry? What would be his motive for doing such a thing? There was only one person with reason to want him more vampire than shifter. He narrowed his gaze, centering it on Aleksei.

Aleksei stared back, his blue eyes concealing his thoughts.

He turned back to face the doctors, inclining his head. “Thank you, doctors.”

Dr. Softee bowed briefly. “I live to serve, Alpha.”

Dr. Grinkolo looked into his eyes. “I did no more than what was necessary to save your life. Whether you are shifter or vampire doesn’t concern me. You are Palea’s grandson and I did what I could to help.”

Annoyed that the vampire doctor had invaded his thoughts, he spoke in a terse voice. “Thank you.” Both doctors left the room, closing the door behind them.

Aleksei sat on the side of his bed and touched his cheek. “So, Acier Gautier… are you very attached to that name?”

  “It is my name.”

“I know. But would you consider changing it?”

  “To what?”

“Madison.” Aleksei stroked his cheek. “A son should have his father’s last name.”

He sucked in a breath and pushed his hand away. “I have the last name of Aime Gautier, the male who raised me to adulthood. I am and will remain Acier Gautier.”

Aleksei sighed. “We’ll see. In the meantime, tell me about this shifter. This Tucker Falcone and this Leon who attacked you.”

He shook his head. “I’ll take care of them myself. You’ve already provided all I needed from you. Now that the transfusion has been performed…”

“What? I can disappear into the woodwork? Fall off the face of the earth?”

“You can do whichever you prefer. But I will handle pack business. How serious would anyone take me if I showed up with my… daddy in tow?”

Aleksei leaned close to him, curling his fingers in his hair. “Since the moment I learned of your existence, I have been eaten up with the desire to find you. I’ve left my pregnant woman alone and neglected while I searched for you. You are a part of me I didn’t even realize was missing. But now that I’ve found you, my life is almost complete. Understand this, Acier, you are too important to me for me to allow anyone to menace you! Whoever fucks with you, fucks with me! And I am not the damned vampire anyone with half a brain wants to fuck with!”

Drei nodded. Not fuck with father!

Be sorry if do! Pen added.

Aleksei had managed to win Pen and Drei’s respect in a matter of a few days. The bastard had a way with him that made disliking him difficult.

Aleksei grinned. “I do have a way with me, don’t I?”

He frowned. “I told you to stay out of my head.”

“Told me? You don’t tell me anything, Acier. I don’t know who you’re used to dealing with. If you ask kindly, I’ll consider your request, but I am a full-blood vampire with special abilities not many vampires possess. You will learn to respect me or suffer the consequences.”

  “You are an arrogant bastard!”

He smiled again. “Yes, I am. Now about this Falcone and Leon.”

  “I can handle them.”

“Yes. I believe you can, but I will not allow you to be double-teamed.” He stroked his hair. “Now what can I do to help?”

Acier hesitated before speaking. He’d never needed to depend on anyone except Etienne. How could he expose his weaknesses to a stranger?

  “I’m your father, Acier.”

“But you are still a stranger. And stay out of my head!”

Aleksei curled his hand in his hair. “Then don’t try to keep anything from me.”

He pushed Aleksei’s hand away from his hair. “We’re not going to have much of a relationship if you can’t respect my wishes! I am Alpha-in-waiting of my entire pack. I can’t have you undermining me at every turn! Respect me or get the fuck out of my life and my face!”

The blue eyes cooled. Then Aleksei sighed. “I stand corrected. Your position demands a certain level of respect -- as does mine as your father. Now, how can I help?”

“I don’t require any additional help.”

“So you expect what from me now?”

He wanted to tell him to go burn in hell. He looked into the hated blue eyes and found the words wouldn’t come. “I don’t need you.”

“I can see that you’re independent and proud. You don’t need me? Fine. I need you.”

“You’ve managed without me for the last forty years. I’m sure you’ll do fine without me for the next forty.”

He shook his head. “I can’t. You are my son. Even if you don’t need me any longer, I need you. No matter what you say, I am not going away, Acier. For me, there is nothing more important than family and you are a vital part of me that I can’t be happy without.”

Acier swallowed hard, trying to dislodge the lump in his throat. He hated how vulnerable and needy this useless vampire could make him feel.

Pen looked at him. Let father help, Alpha.

Drei pressed against Aleksei’s neck. Father strong. Can help, Alpha.

He raked a hand through his hair. What was the use in denying he could use some assistance? “If you could manage to keep the rest of the Defense League of the Brotherhood off my back, I can handle Falcone and Leon.”

Aleksei stiffened. “What interest would a group of rogue vampires have in shifter business?”

  “A fem got them involved.”

  “What’s this fem’s name?”

  “Deoctra Din --”

Aleksei bolted to his feet. His nostrils flared. His eyes glowed. “Deoctra!” He spat out the name. “She brought the Brotherhood down on your head?”

  “Do you know her?”

“Yes. She thought Mikhel, one of my younger brothers, was her bloodlust. When he chose a human woman instead, she tried to kill the woman. I arrived just in time to stop her and her sisters. Vladimir went after her, but apparently spared her miserable life. The bitch has made her last mistake!”

“Etienne has a measure of affection for her.”

“Etienne is a silly little pup who doesn’t know what’s good for him!”

  “He wouldn’t want her killed.”

“What your brother wants is not my concern!”

Acier shook his head. “I don’t understand this. Don’t you have any feelings for him?”

Aleksei’s eyes softened. “Of course I do! He’s my nephew and I love and hold dear all my relatives. But his interest in some silly bitch who doesn’t know when to call it quits can not supercede my concern for what’s best for you. He is my nephew. You are my son. Your interests come first.”

“He’s my brother. His interests are mine as well. When our mother died, I vowed I would do everything in my power to keep him safe and happy.” He shook his head. “I didn’t realize until we met you and Vladimir what a lousy job I’d done.”

“You didn’t do a lousy job, Acier.”

“Oh, yes I did. Out there in the woods, I could feel his need for a father’s love. If I hadn’t failed him, his need wouldn’t have been so great.”

“His need has nothing to do with failure on your part.”

  “Then why?”

“It’s just that sometimes a boy needs his father… even when he’s a man.”

  “If you’re thinking I need you --”

“I have news for you, boy, not everything is about you. I was speaking from personal experience. I know because my father was killed when Vladimir and I were ten. That was well over three hundred years ago, but sometimes it feels like it just happened hours ago. I can still feel the pain of seeing him sprawled on that dirt road… and k
nowing he was dead. Dead! Gone forever.

“Part of me died with him. He had huge hands and a powerful build. I remember watching him when he would chop wood. He’d have his shirt off and I’d watch his muscles rolling under his skin and pray that one day I would grow up to be as big, strong, and powerful as he was.

“He was a big man, but he was gentle, kind, and loving. There were so many things he never got a chance to teach me. As I grew up, whenever I didn’t know how to do something or couldn’t understand something, I would wonder if this was one of those things he’d never had time to teach me.”

Aleksei raked a hand through his dreads. “I have never… I will never forget him or stop missing him and longing for what we shared as well as what we never got to share. He would have made a great grandfather. You and Etienne would have loved him and been proud to have his blood running through your veins.”

  “What was his name?”

  “Alexander. Alexander Walker.”

  “Walker? Not Madison?”

He grimaced. “Like you and Etienne, out of respect and love, we took the name of the family who saved us.”

“From what? What happened to your father? How did he die?”

Aleksei shrugged, his eyes darkening. “He was a freed slave… freed by his father’s family. When he and our mother fell in love, they went to Canada so they could be together. Our mother, Palea Walker-Dumont was a very young vampire then… younger than you and Etienne.

“Vampires, unlike humans and some other species, grow stronger as they age. Our mother was very young and she was denying her true nature to please our father. We were happy in Canada until we learned our grandmother, who was still a slave, was dying. Father had to see her one more time before she died. Mother convinced him to bring us along… me, Vladimir, Tatiana, and Andrei. We encountered some men not far from the plantation. They attacked us.”

A wall of anguish from Aleksei assailed him. “What happened?”

“They shot our mother, disabling her.”

“How is that possible? Didn’t you say she was a vampire?”

“She was in fact a full-blood vampire, but she was weak because she was not living as a vampire. They were able to take her down in her weakened state by repeatedly shooting her.”
